Return & Refund

Eligibility for Returns
We want you to feel confident shopping at Obelya. Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free from damage or signs of wear
  • Packaged in their original box or wrapping

Customized, clearance, or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at Support@obelya.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if required.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or damaged product.

Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return and new order. Once your returned item is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card provider. If the issue continues, contact our support team for assistance.
